Steve has been around real estate for most of life, from working with his dad at his Los Angeles area landscape maintenance business, to working for a Santa Barbara residential brokerage and a Chicagoland multifamily developer after graduating from UCSB.

He has spent over a decade each serving as a municipal lawyer in Southern California to the city’s planning and building departments, and as a developer and advisor to charter and private schools.

Steve consistently serves his clients and their varied real estate portfolios with an eye toward broad legal and development needs. His long real estate apprenticeship now continues at CCG, where he aspires to earn the trust of his clients, other brokers, and investment principals.
